Sam has spent nearly 20 years building talent pipelines and solving hiring challenges for companies across tech, healthcare, and operations.

Before his career in recruiting, he worked in supply chain operations and management consulting, developing a sharp eye for inefficiencies and a talent for fixing broken processes. He was a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and holds a BS, MS, and MBA, a combination that shaped his analytical, systems-driven approach to hiring.

As CEO of Hourly Staff Recruiting, Sam helps businesses in industries that rely heavily on hourly workers fill roles without the usual hiring chaos. No piles of unqualified resumes. No wasted time.
